Relaxing property, has amicable and excellent staff despite of the request. Standard queen room with the fridge was disconnected. A great selection of options, good food. Fab and amazing location in the beach club amazing, easy to get around. And adjacent to the great Playa Carrizalillo.

We spent a wonderful time in this place. The location, in a quiet neighborhood with a superb beach club, was perfect for us. The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous groomed gardens, and we enjoyed the stunning view of the beach from our room. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and excellent room service. The hotel amenities were also impressive, including a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and massage services. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the continental breakfast served in the restaurant. Despite our request for specific amenities, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Although there are stairs throughout the hotel, including the main lobby, this venue is highly recommended for all. The location on the beach, the attentive service, and the range of amenities make this hotel an ideal choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
